Words of Wisdom: Pintrest is a great source for gathering ideas however please be aware that a lot of the gorgeous images of brides, bouquets and over the top details are styled shoots that industry creatives coordinate to showcase their very best work! No detail or expense is spared when these styled photoshoots are carried out. Please be realistic about what your budget will allow verses the opulence you may find on the pages of Pinterest! Lastly, its hard to find a picture on the internet that has not been edited and have a filter on it! Lots of what you see are these edited images!

Prior to our consultation:

In order for us to get the most out of our design consultation, please complete my "Wedding Flower Checklist" and return it to me. Be sure to include details about your wedding- venue, colors, themes, floral budget, etc.  Now would be a good time to start saving and pinning images of designs & flowers that you both like & dislike. Look for photos that illustrate specific elements, such as bouquet shape or size, color schemes, ribbon texture, arrangement style, and of course types of flowers and greenery.​ Samantha will provide a ballpark estimate for your customized floral package. If we are a good match in terms of design style & budgets, a $250 non refundable deposit will ensure my availability on your wedding date.

​Our first meeting:
We'll talk about the plans you have so far and  look at what you like & dislike. Together we will brainstorm for ideas to make you wedding day a reflection of your unique vision. At this point, Samantha will provide you with a detailed contract with conceptual pictures of flowers, design styles, color palettes and additional details.

Final review:
A few weeks before your event, we will  touch base to review all the final details  including flower choices, colors, numbers, layouts, and timelines. We can also chat about ways to further personalize and enhance your pieces and can discuss how to tie all the elements together and finalize your order and delivery details.

Day of:

Get ready to say WOW! Samantha will deliver and set up your floral decor package according to our prearranged plans. No detail is overlooked !If your floral design package included hanging chandeliers, highly detailed arches or rental items, an additional fee for breakdown and pick up will be assessed.
